From what I believe, yes, every FL car has it from factory. It just needs to be enabled via coding, I had it done to mine.

Yeahh the one in the pictures is the die bent version, which is cheaper and looks terrible. The mandrel bent one however is exactly like how other more brands are.

I've noticed this too on my S3 since I bought it in June last year, it's never bothered me but good to finally know mine's not the only one and it's just a fan.

I did, I managed 478 miles with 18 still left on range out on a single tank before filling. You do know the range goes off your most recent driving habits and adjusts accordingly, right?

My best was a range of 480miles :pride: this was after doing a round trip from Manchester to Surrey and back with cruise on the motorway at 55mph. I don't ever want to do it again as I was losing the will to live haha. (Got to love the hypermiler S3, 2016 FL with 120k mileage)

Hi, I currently have 2016 version of maps and would like to try this update/patch/apple carplay activation if possible. The link in the post no longer works for me for some reason but would my current version work does anybody know? My car is a 2016 FL S3.

I noticed this too, still a pain as the non-matrix are still around the £1,300 mark!

Thankfully both headlights have the issue so they match, if only one side was faulty the OCD in me would be freaking out and I'd need to fix instantly!

Thanks for your quick reply, that's really annoying to know its a whole headlight unit to fix the issue. I guess I'll just live with it until it really winds me up and I change them over haha

Hi, has anyone found a fix for the lower DRL issue? I have just bought a 2016 FL S3 and noticed both of my headlights have faulty lower DRL.
