This is my grill I made myself, I also had to lose the fogs due to a front mount cooler.

Do you have the grey lower door trim for the drivers side? The bit on the outside on the bottomof the door.

Cool, i'm glad my gps isn't wrong then as I was only at about 6000rpm and it felt like it was screaming, it doesn't feel happy at those speeds.

My GPS at Bruntingthorpe mind you, showed 148mph? so is my gps wrong?

Cheers guys, it was not for me, the company shipping my manifolds and downpipes wanted to know, I think they think the K04-001 is a vag turbo. I will let them know it was from a Transit.

Done a search but not had any part numbers come up, can anyone get me the part number for a k04-001 turbo? many thanks.

You will have to remove the bumper to get the grill off, in order to change the badge.

I have another equal lenght manifold to test and seeing as I have just put my car back together I wondered if anyone local to me(Bracknell, Berkshire) Had a head sitting in there garage I could test fit this manifold to? Cheers Jason

I have just put my manifold back on and its a cast iron jobbie, so I doubt anything is wrong with it. It is most likely one of you heat sheilds down the back of the engine bay hitting the downpipe, I say this as I had my downpipe off also and I can't see what could have gone wrong with yours.
