Looking to purchase an Audi A6 C7 3.0bitdi

There are 3 areas you can check. 1) the big air inlet rubber tube from the inter cooler has Bi Turbo printed on it. (Front near side at the top) 2) pull the plastic cover off the top of the engine and you should see both turbo chargers. One sits at the back of the V and the other behind it...

    Folding mirror. Not folding out

It could be a battery issue, and a corroded connection would cause an even bigger volt drop. The longer the car has been parked then the lower the voltage will drop if the battery is starting to fail. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    iPhone problems with 2012 A6

I had a similar problem with my 2013 bitdi. It used to hang loading the directory. I just deleted the phone from the car and re-paired it and it all works fine. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Eliminate diesel clatter CDUC, CDUD 3.0tdi

I'm going to check my A6 Bitdi. It runs fine but I do think it sound slightly more "dieselly" when I back it out of the garage. Just a quick question, did you have to fit a new gasket / seal, or could you just reuse the old ones?

    2015 audi a6 3.0BiTdi

I would print off the document I've sent and show them that. It is a printout from Elsawin which is the official VAG workshop manual. Sensors 1,2 & 3 are all different whereas there are two identical sensor 4's, one for each pipe out of the DPF. That's why they are described as for bank 1 or...

    3 Years

Cars have problems but seems you've been very unlucky. Had my Bitdi 4 years. Bought at 2 years old, 31000 miles. Now done 58000 and the only expense I've had are services, MOT and 4 tyres. I've probably spent 8k miles towing a caravan in Uk and Europe and its been totally reliable. Sent from...

    Bitdi louder sometimes

It will depend on the type of journeys you do. Lots of short journeys will need more regens. If yours has done it twice in one day then it needs a long run to fully complete. I've found that mine needs a 50 mile uninterrupted motorway run to fully complete. Once I've done that it's usually ok...

    Bitdi louder sometimes

Its probably when its doing a DPF regen. I've noticed mine has an annoying droning exhaust noise about 1500 rpm when it's doing its regen. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
