    mine does it too!!! Its like a short creaking noise??? its done it for a while too, everything works fine tho, so not to worry!!!

    Well ive just bought the kit from Preston Audi (near where i work), and the cambelt, tensioners etc and the waterpump came to £187 i think. The waterpump has a surcharge on it of £40, but once you return the old waterpump in the box for the new one, you get your £40 back. My dads mate does...

    i'm sure mine did it the other day....its like a high-pitched-not deep bleep....although i only think i got 3... i thought it was my dad enabling the alarm on one of the other cars being a D1ck.........me dads a bit of a joker ya see. I'm gonna listen out for it and see if i hear it again.

    There is a kit that you can buy (see vagparts) and that will give you the B7 Front end on your B6..........its pricey though
