On my 2013 the internal indication that the sidelights or dipped headlights are on is at the light switch itself, where the symbols illuminate. Nothing shows on the dashboard itself, until main beam is selected at which point the the blue symbol appears on the dashboard. I'd guess your car is...
Yes, I had exactly the same problem immediately after a disc and pad change on my car done by my local Audi/VW specialist. Not an uncommon problem apparently. Just had to dig into my wallet for a replacement calliper, which has been fine.
Ah, ok, I'd assumed it was relatively new. I'd guess there's every chance that a seriously degraded battery is upsetting the electronics and causing causing the problems. I've just looked at video from my camera to see how it looked and like you I just plugged the card into my desktop. Worked...
Ah, yes, I can believe it. I actually bought two of them as I was kitting out two cars. Charged them both as required and found the battery on one was hopeless. It ran for under two minutes after charging before going flat. (Mind you the other one isn't much better!) It also wouldn't fully...
I've just fitted a Nextbase to my car. I piggybacked of the rear wiper supply as it's a non critical circuit. I had great fun trying to get it to work with ignition on, but found the issue was that the Nextbase circuitry which prevents it draining the battery decided the lowish voltage of my...
You may be right that your car has the (readily available) electronic 'box' that is plugged into the loom at the back lights rather than coding. Easy enough to remove a rear light to check.
I can't see all the sidewall markings in the photos, but Continental runflats definitely have 'SSR' on the sidewall after the size and speed rating markings. These are extra load, but that is a different thing to runflat. Darren92 is right. These were made in late 2010.
It isn't that easy, as many variations look similar. However:

may help. I can't recommend as I've no experience of them.
As these things are more trouble than they are worth, I'd echo the advice to bin them and replace with standard bolts.
Passenger side disc was warm to touch but drivers side was way too hot for me to touch. When the bearings were done all the sliders for the callipers were greased but I am still having people saying to me it could possibly be the caliper ?
Electric handbrake? I had exactly that problem with...
The ball joint comment from the dealership does seem most strange and I'd want the actual problem defined and repaired as necessary. Otherwise my thoughts on the vibration at the back of the car would be (a) wheel balance is out; maybe lost a balance weight. 60 miles/hour, for some reason, is...
But looking at some videos on line, some refer to taking off the back Brake Caliper Bracket, held on by 2 M14 Multispline bolts, which are difficult to reach and require an excessive amount of force to undo.
Yes, that just about sums it up. It needed the caliper brackets off on my 2013 1.4 to...
A decent rule of thumb for spark plugs using a washer, but definitely don't exceed the lower figure on taper seat plugs, or the problem is getting them out after a period of service. Probably not an issue with your race engines that get frequent maintenance work.
There's clearly some variation on NGK's website for similar plugs for the TFSI. This is what I used:
https://www.ngkpartfinder.co.uk/catalogues/cars/search/spark-plugs/AUDI/A3/2013/23011/
15(!) to 20Nm.
I changed the plugs on my car (2013 1.4 TFSI CPTA) a while back and used NGK's 20 Nm (15 lb ft) recommendation for the new plugs. Seemed low, but it works. I'd always suggest checking the plug gaps before you fit them. In my experience this 'preset gaps' idea is a bit flaky. There's nothing...
