I thought I would share my findings so far on this one. I have spent a lot of time today stripping out the trim in the cabriolet roof storage box, and taking out the rear seats and rear side panels. This is what I have found so far, most of it by touch and not sight as even with the side panels...

I have a 2003 2.4 A4 cabriolet. Its driving me nuts at the moment, with water getting in towards the rear of the car. It starts pooling under the foam of the rear seat and spills over into the sills and makes its way to under the front footwells. So far I (think) I have tracked it down to some...
