Changed sensor and did a stationary regen which lasted @ 13 minutes , then it came back with 3 errors
-5585 diesel part bank1 restriction/clogged
-5188 diesel part filter excess soot
-5189 part trap bank 1 efficiency below threshold
Measured and actual soot @35 before and @10 after regen...
Just swapped my dpf pressure sensor as had a sensor intermittent fault in my a5 3.0tdi CCW engine. Put new sensor on and glow plug light is flashing constantly and car this morning is well down on power.
Do I need to code / do any adaptations via vcds ? Cheers
SO can I remove the flaps and linkages physically from the inlets while i'm having a decoke and clean , fit the limiting stainless brackets, then leave the flap motors plugged in and then drive the car error free? what's the downside to this?
If same exhaust that makes choice easier and don’t mind a bit off cut and rewelding and going for a stealth oem look tailpipe .

anybody confirm is an rs4 exhaust will physically fit on a 2010 a5 sportback, yes I know the rear exits will be wrong and i'll need an adapter pipe on the front end but will it hang in the existing points on car?
do I need an rs5 exhaust instead.
rs4 exhausts are easily available but rs5 no...
