BAD AVG MPG S3 2.0 FSI T Quattro

This^^ Makes me feel much better about mine, I'm only at Stage 1 and I don't think I drive like a granny but i seem to be averaging about 32mpg. But, like everyone else, when i'm "enjoying the car" I can easily get it it down to the low teens and if I'm doing stop start in town I may as well...

    Unicorn Stage 1 Remap

Do it! You won't regret it, Rick knows exactly what he is doing and he will transform how your car drives. :racer:

    Unicorn Stage 1 Remap

I am pretty sure that if my better half found out I had a "black ops" budget then it would very quickly become a castration budget! :scared2:

    Unicorn Stage 1 Remap

I'd love to be able to take my car to Stage 2+ however, there are a couple of things that might get in the way - the wife and the wallet! At least I can "hide" a Stage 1 but as soon as the car starts to sound different she'll notice the difference.

    Unicorn Stage 1 Remap

I've just got back from visiting @Rick @ Unicorn Motor Dev. for a Stage 1 remap on my 58 plate S3 Sportback. If you are even contemplating a remap and live anywhere near him give him a call, I travelled just under 90 min to get there based on the recommendations of a few people on here and the...

Hi Rick, I've just sent you a message on your webpage. A quick question for you; I've got a 58 plate S3 and I'm wondering roughly how much it would cost to get it remapped and what sort of gains would I be looking at? Cheers, Phil.

Any recommendations for RNS-E Fitting - Harrogate Area

Right gents, I had a go at fitting the RNS-E myself and you're all correct it is a VERY easy swap. It took me just over 30min and that included removing the glovebox to locate the GPS antenna on top of it. However, I now have some small issues that I hope someone might be able to resolve: 1...

Any recommendations for RNS-E Fitting - Harrogate Area

If the BOSE works in a straight swap then I can accept losing the Aux In and just put all my music on a SD card. I'm pretty sure that driving to Kent and back will cost more than an Audi dealer would charge!!

Any recommendations for RNS-E Fitting - Harrogate Area

Thanks for the help. I've got the Code but I thought if you didn't change the pins round then the BOSE doesn't work correctly? I also have Aux in and to keep the functionality I believe I need some wiring swapping around to ensure that still works. I have no intention of heading to a main...

Any recommendations for RNS-E Fitting - Harrogate Area

Thanks for all the help, unfortunately I bought the poor mans S3 that was built before they started fitting RNS-E as standard. (But I bought it more for the performance than the gadgets!) I am willing to give it a go putting the SatNav in, I'm just not too confident with swapping the pins...

Any recommendations for RNS-E Fitting - Harrogate Area

Gents (and Ladies), I have just managed to get hold of an RNS-E for my 58 plate S3 Sportback. I have no doubt that it could be an easy fit for some, however, I don't want to f*** it and my car when I mess up while fitting. We've recently moved into the Harrogate area and I haven't yet found a...
