Hi. I’ve currently just fitted a reverse camera to the car. I’ve used a 12v steady signal from the back of the aftermarket CarPlay unit. The trigger cable to switch my CarPlay into reverse comes from reverse light wire. I’m having an issue with it dropping in and out every 5 seconds or so...

Hey, has anyone else installed one? I’m coming across a problem when calling in car. It doesn’t know whether to connect to car or to Apple CarPlay… so I end up with people calling me endless times trying to get hold of me and it’s frustrating.

Can I just ask… what was the running temp of the coil? Obviously must be ok to install, just wondering about fire hazard as I’m an electrician and effectively anything taking electricity has heat develop… was gonna plug it into house first on worktop to see how hot it gets… just don’t want car...

Hi guys. so I’ve seen some door sills I like the look of… but having just finished wiring my LEDs to my door cards for ambient lighting… I’m wondering how easy it is to wire the door sills? Does anyone know an easy way to do this on an A4 B8 (2008-2015). Any help would be most appreciated.
