Don't rate AMD maps at all. Mine was claimed to be at 250Bhp on a stage one remap. Got it on the dyno and apparently it was reading less than the 210Bhp it came out the factory with. Is your power dyno proven, or just AMD-guesswork?

Ah, I didn't realise that they were a stock option! I've just Google'd them and can see that they appear to be in the lower insert when factory fitted, but the insert appears to be raised rather than indented on the standard guise.
