I thought it wasn't really an issue with the forced induction tfsi engine? Plus it will just come back after it's been cleaned anyway?

I have a S3 engine in my A4 avant with front mount intercooler and stage 1. Still running standard exhaust system (noticeably small). There's a lack of aftermarket exhausts out there for the b7 so thought I would try a free mod - removing the pre cat which is straight after the turbine housing...

Control the boost better so it doesn't go over 2 bar

Nice spec I have a b7 avant Quattro with BHZ engine k04 So we're almost the same :) However I haven't got HPFP yet and still running standard tiny restrictive downpipe. Where u getting it mapped ?

Custom tuning is where it's at mate. Forget the revo hype train

It will be night and day compared to a standard car I think you will struggle to get pinned back to the seat feeling from these engines as the power delivery is very linear compared to older turbo cars where it was nothing...........boooooooosssstttt!

I have a turbo kit for the tfsi engine available if interested. I was planning on fitting it to mine but I need to buy a trailer for my track car instead It's a TD05 20g will flow enough for 400bhp easily
