    Cleaning interior of glass

I think the key is to use 2 specialised glass cloths. Once to wipe with the product and another to remove. Another tip that works for me is to only wipe the product cloth in one direction, otherwise you end up spreading the dirt you've just removed back onto the clean area. this may help Sent...

    2021 best drying towel?

There's a review on the clay cloth company ones here I'm using a twisted loop from In2detailing and pleased with it. You probably already know this but best performance if you wet them first sorry if this is granny and eggs etc !! Sent from my moto g(7) plus using Tapatalk

    Nilfisk P150

I have seen these, also AVA. My only slight concern is they haven't been around that long to see how reliable they are. For example poor build quality is known about with the Karcher pumps. Nilfisk is not exempt either. I've been warned off the D series as they use carbon brushes in the motor...

    Nilfisk P150

I've got the opportunity to potentially buy a nearly new one of these from a relative of a friend. Are these a decent reliable model in the Nilfisk range please. I'm moving up from an ageing C120 which so far has worked flawlessly..... famous last words !! Sent from my moto g(7) plus using Tapatalk

    Best Wax/sealant for black car

More questions I'm afraid but it will narrow down the range otherwise you will get lots of different answers based in everyone's personal favourite. A bit like asking what's the best car but if you ask best SUV with good mpg the answers will be more focussed. So 1) How long would you like it to...

    Best polish

This may sound pedantic but do you mean wax / sealant rather than polish ? In the detailing world a polish is something abrasive used to remove defects from your paint and a wax / sealant then is applied to protect the nice shiny paint. Not being funny but you will probably get better answers...

Brilliant Black MY12 S3 - smears after waxing?

Perhaps go with a sealant rather than a wax ? Lots of choice out there and most are easy to use Sent from my moto g(7) plus using Tapatalk

Brilliant Black MY12 S3 - smears after waxing?

Is this the "blooming" issue that some people report with Bilt Hamber Double Speed Wax on dark cars ? Sent from my moto g(7) plus using Tapatalk

post wash wax for nano grey?

There is also plan B - that is take it to a local detailer who should be able to remove it for not a lot of money. Would save you purchasing products that may or may not work for you and for which you may not use again Sent from my moto g(7) plus using Tapatalk

post wash wax for nano grey?

That's an interesting idea. There appears to be mixed opinions on whether washing up liquid removes wax or the surfactants in it disguise the beading until you wash the car again. I accept it will probably degrade it but certainly mechanical methods work or stronger chemicals such as bar keepers...

post wash wax for nano grey?

Have you tried a clay bar or 0000 wire wool or in extreme bar keepers friend - just be careful if using bkf near your paint as it's potent stuff What wax are you trying to remove btw Sent from my moto g(7) plus using Tapatalk

    Budget Wet Vac

My ancient VAX is starting to drive me mad as one of the clips holding the motor section has cracked and the top keeps separating. Looking for advice on please on recommended budget wet vacuum. I know George comes highly recommended but I won't get the use out of it. I've only got the mats for...

    Wheel Sealant

I know another what is question. However on this occasion looking for the sweet spot of ease of application Vs longevity. I've been asked by a relative to recommend something they can use easily so that rules out ceramic coatings Sent from my moto g(7) plus using Tapatalk
