Flaps seem to be open at idle, then close when you pull away and then open again at about 3500 rpm. The noise definitely changes at about that rpm, but only in dynamic exhaust mode, so that's all I can think of to explain the change in sound levels through the revs. Better ideas welcome...!
Thanks for clarifying that Jose - I thought it was starting up with dynamic exhaust after I'd turned off in Individual (sound = dynamic) but you're right, it's dynamic loudness but withoput the pops and bangs.
Can you check something else out for me? Even after cycling through the modes I think...
M3 and 4 get a lot of stick for handling. Ok on smooth roads but hopeless if a bit British. And very poor traction. Engine smooth but characterless compared to 5.
Big discount = less demand = for good reasons!
