Hi guys after some advice...

So I got new alloys as I smashed a pot hole and buckled my rotas...

19 inch, ET42 from ET45 rotas I had on, same coilover set up and size tyres, no spacers. But now I'm rubbing like crazy, any little bumps, acceleration, corners...

Recommendations welcome... Roll the arches? Adjust coilover height? Remove liner?

Cheers!

et 42 sits out more and y0u have stretch and poke but it looks good. look through previous threads as this has been commented on many times. the range is remove the screw and let the wheel work out the liner and eventually go away .or raise rear . or go full monty and convert to RS3 liner

Cheers buddy... Think I'm going to go for removing the screw and trimming back some of the felt liner.

It’s a hazard of big wheels and low suspension lol. Find out where it’s rubbing first, wheel arch liner or lip then you’ll know what to do. I would just raise the ride height, much easier.

Ok so the offending screw sheared itself out now I don't have any rubbing... unless the kids are in the back but I am going to raise it anyway.

Strange it was only on one side, for some reason my rear driver wheel sticks out further than my passenger. No spacers same ET42 wheels :/

Mine do the same, I have a -2 camber on the rears to tuck them in just a bit.
I spoke to the bloke who did mine and he said it’s a common thing the subframes are not completely central when bolted up which on standard wheels is virtually unnoticeable, however a set of 19”s and a lower ET and (to me) stick out like a sore thumb.
Mine is same passenger rear sits in more!
I’m going to put a 3mm spacer on that side then I don’t need to change the bolts.
Worst case a 5mm spacer and longer bolts should do the trick.
