A4 Avant Black Edition 40 TFSI ('23 MY)

750 miles since collection and I’m pleased with all aspects of my new to me car, apart from the suspension set up, which is, how can I put it, cr*p?! Choppy at slower speeds and unsettled at faster speeds. A poor implementation IMO. I don’t want to touch the OEM springs as I’m happy with the ride height. I’ve spoken with a couple of VAG specialists and they are recommending Koni Special Active dampers, which are designed to work with the OEM springs. Does anyone have any experience of them on the B9 with sports suspension?

Thanks

Not on a A4 but I have these Koni special active dampers on my Golf R.

They`re no better / worse than standard OEM in most situations.

Only at higher speeds (70+) do I feel an improvement, this is on bumpy back B roads.

No ringing endorsement then. Were you replacing passive dampers on the R or was it DCC?
