I have a completely new T125/70 R17 narrow spare wheel from my old car.
Today I saw on the door panel where it indicates the appropriate pressures for each wheel size that appears named T125/70 R18.
Do you know if I can use mine even if it is an inch smaller? (R17vsR18)

Simple answer is to try that wheel over the front. If it clears the disc/caliper you'll be fine as they are only on as a recovery option.

Guess it may depend on what is the old car. If it's one from the VAG stable, and also 5x112, then should be ok to use (subject on clearing the brakes). R17 'should' clear non S or RS models.

It is from a Toyota Auris with 5 screws, but with the information you have given me I have found information that I did not have; It tells me that it is 5x114.3. Isn't it okay then? What a job...

Oh, I don't think the bolts will secure/fit then as they are different sizes

Now that it has become clear to me that I should buy a new spare wheel, the question is that in the pressure table, on my A3 8Y it only shows a T125/70 R17 for the spare, while it shows pressures for 16" tires. 17" and 18" that can be mounted with the car. My standard wheels are 18", is it logical that I buy the 17" one for emergency and not go outside the only size that Audi gives in that table, or should I buy 18"?

I guess that would depend what is mentions at the bottom row of the tyre pressure chart on the side of the inner driver's door frame. If it only shows you the pressures for spare tyre @ 18 inches, then get that one. For main tyres they range from 16 - 19 inch, 205 till 235 profile width. On certain model of A3, the 'space' for the spare wheel can be smaller or larger.

So sorry, I made a mistake. It shows T125/70 R18 for the spare, not R17. So, the question is clear. I will get 18" one.
I have seen this 5Q0601027BT reference as valid in ETKA, I understand that if I buy it in a scrapyard and that it comes from a Seat it will be equally valid.

From a Seat Leon, would most likely fit. From a Seat Ibiza, probably not, as I 'think' they 5 x 108 or 5 x 102 (can't remember which). And I had the Leon and Ibiza both previously.
