How easy is it to spot a mileage blocker?
Could be interested in a car with very low mileage. Seems a lil bit sus.
Thanks

Looks like you can freeze both now...

unless you take the those mileage blockers off at the connectors... you won't be able to spot them(as they are connected where the normal connectors are hidden behind everything) but if you take it for a test drive you'll soon see if it is blocking the mileage. Turn on google maps on your phone and just drive with it on you'll see the milage you have done. it should add it up to the counters.
You have to see the condition of the car, tires and if they have been changed, if I change them when and the condition, if it corners and wears them out before it will have the most worn profiles, if it is a flat tire wear it will be a more standard use. Brake pads if they have been changed and when, I don't know that's the only thing you can look at. I do 7-8000km a year, when I go to sell it you may not believe me, but it is reality.
Are these cars not generally recognisable by the Maxton tat that a certain demographic fit to them?Only if it’s still fitted though.
Most Birmingham owners will remove the virtual cockpit screen and unplug it ready to use on the next car lol

Many private sale cars have suspiciously low mileage. Not going anywhere near one now.
How is this **** legal?
I very much doubt all low mileage Rs3's have one. My Rs3 is a year old and has done 1900 miles. I cycle to work so it's not driven daily.
So glad you made a post about this as I was going to join the forum and ask the same questions as ive seen a 72 reg RS3 with ceramics / Vorsprung on auto trader from a dealer with only 153 miles and and asking price of £55,979 which seems to good to be true for the price. Is there no way to check if these cars have had mileage discrepancies as buying brand new from Audi for the spec I want is coming close to 70k.I agree most won’t have but I’m not taking the chance.
I was going to travel from Manchester to London to look at this so I’m glad I asked the question.

You just gotta be careful I’d say, mine only had 12k miles on when sold which is fairly low for a 30 month old car.
The difference is mine has had 3 oil changes in those miles / a brake fluid change and new tyres 2 months before I sold it.

With used prices still being strong compared to new it’s not worth the hassle.
Crazy to buy new now with fl imminent.
Thats a bit harsh is it not?? I have a maxtin kit does that mean im in that demographic? For me maxton is better value.. yes i love the ct carbon kit, ie ide love the front splitter but payin just shy of £1100 and i end up scratchin the bottom off it or damaging it, ide be crying. Are these cars not generally recognisable by the Maxton tat that a certain demographic fit to them?
Certain demographic? Tell me you voted brexit without telling me you voted for, brexit..Are these cars not generally recognisable by the Maxton tat that a certain demographic fit to them?
Actually I don't vote as it's a waste of time and all you get is a Zionist Occupied Government anyway - two cheeks of the same ar*e supporting a genocidal regime.Certain demographic? Tell me you voted brexit without telling me you voted for, brexit..
I agree with you on the political side but on car side sorry but i disagree. I have a maxton kit on mine as i deemed it better value for my money. And no1 else had released anything when i got my car. And i aint in the same " demographic" category.Actually I don't vote as it's a waste of time and all you get is a Zionist Occupied Government anyway - two cheeks of the same ar*e supporting a genocidal regime.
Politics aside - cars with this body kit generally do represent a certain group of people which is evident on quite a few youtube videos.
Perception is reality.
At the end of the day I'm entitled to my opinion and I expressed it.
Thank you.
