No. More likely it’s cheaper to make one type of stalk and disable the function, than make two types of stalk. Plus they can make more money if you enable it on FoD.
I have to say now we finally have a second key, opening the car results in the seat going to the correct position for the user, correct profile loaded and no more updated settings messages.
