You could try doing it yourself with a bridge puller repair tool and a glue gun.
I had a similar size dent on my A4 around that area and repaired it using a bridge puller repair tool.

Then placed two felt pads underneath
But your creaking maybe coming from a different area and mine is a B8.5 model.

Had a similar creaking sound on mine around the MMI.
Cost pennies and took minutes to fix.
I just put 2 small felt sticky back pads underneath the dash in the areas the creaking is coming from.
No more creaks for years now.

I like the B&O system but the sound quality is very dependent on what source you are using for your music.
If you using DAB, iPod, iPhone/mobile, devices connected via MMI cable etc..
The sound can be average and you need to check the volume and sound settings on these devices (iPod, Mobiles)...

I find the B&O okay, but always struggle to find the correct format/settings for B&O sound.
Same track can sound different when listening via CD, DAB, Jukebox, iPod or SD card.
What the best format to listen too?
