Put a new battery in the key fob and recode key to car. Google should find you a video of how to do it. I had to recode one of my keys when the battery went dead.

Mine was the same (sold now) but only when the weather was cold. I’d check connections, battery, alternator and starter. Make sure that where the battery is located isn’t full of water, if it is pull the rubber bung out to drain, drill hole in it and replace it just leave it out like it did...
Look in your user manual, there should be a build card. The numbers on the build card tells you which discs you need.

I think they’re made by McGard. Send them a pic and confirm vehicle type model age etc and they’ll tell you the locking code and then you can buy the correct key along with a new set of lock bolts. You can use the key to remove the old lock bolts and replace with the new lock bolts

You’ll need to get it mapped out as well. Isn’t there issues with taking the egr off with regards to new mot checks ?
