That looks awesome
Was thinking of a s4 but that looks spot on
Is this lowered?
What is needed for those alloys to fit and cost?
What tyre size are they too
I do like more oem looking cars these days and find these age models look beat at near standard
Cv boot? I had this before
Does it happen when turning at low speed?
Try putting it on full lock and have a look to see if cv boot is split, you'll probably see some gunk
If its the main car with the family then rear doors do make a big difference
Problem with 3dr as well is that doors are bigger and less gap to get an opening in car parks these days.
Good luck whatever you decide
Why do you need more doors?
Lcr in the dry is suppose to be quicker due to weight and no power loss from Quattro
They still look a decent package to be honest
Link up your for sale advert :)
No not Sandip car
On another forum
Hope you didn't pay top dollar though as I think it's cat d car and needs a new wing, headlight at least
Also remember seeing pics of the exhausts it needs a good polish up with rust spots on it which is quite common on milteks
Best of luck
Tried to have a gauge on eBay but not sure what's oem or not
When I had the TT remapped the mapper was telling me it was vital to have a good workin one
Can't remember how much it cost me, thinking £150 plus old unit (random number to be honest) but that was over 5 years ago
Cars at it limit without spending loads which will probably outweigh a s3 and insurance in my mind
If you're young and s3 insurance is too high having a car over 200bhp should be happy with
But if you want to be quicker, lighter wheels and strip out the interior :)
Good luck. But I was there...
That's the thing it's becoming in a price bracket where you can still pick up a decent 4.2 v8 with audi German solid finish
I like the understated looks of them but yet a little more to the edges compared to normal cars like the s3
If it wasn't a financial issue would you swap?
Anyone driven one?
I've had a tt 1.8t 225 remapped, mkv r32 would love to tick off the experience of a s4 4.2 v8
Although looking at s3 8l as some good examples and a lot of car for several £ks
But thinking if I had the extra would I, should I :)
