I dont unfortunately. My parts dealer is quite good at finding things for me. Best thing to do is call tps with a reg from a facelift RS3 and it should be very easy to locate

Hi everyone!
Just calling into say bye really!
Ive sold the S3 and bought 2017 S6 Saloon. Needed abit more space and a v8 again. Ive had my fun with the S3 and looking forward to the next build, but found myself chasing figures again and tbh, that only ends one way... a money pit.
Met some...
Yes i certainly will mate. Will be building a widebody S6 saloon so will have all the RS trimmings with the power to back it up!

Exact replacement mate, just the trimming thats daunting. I felt exactly the same about the facelift grill. Had to loose it asap. If you get stuck just give me a shout. I could probably help on the price also [emoji106]

Pistons and rods in the region of £1200-£1400
Chains, guides and gaskets £500
Valve springs and valve another £800 ish
Then labour on top.
Just waiting on confirmed prices but i dont think there will be much change from £5k especially with an overbore

Well as much as i know they know what they are doing, its still alot of boost to run on a stock engine IMO. If it had of been running 2.4 bar i would have been all in, but i personally think im pushing my luck at 2.1 bar. Others will say differently but personally i like to play it safe.

I know mate i shared it on Audi Uk Modified this morning which is also my facebook group. Stock engine, 2.5 bar of boost on 105ron. Was going to have mine tweaked to the same but decided to wait till the engines built. Epic build!

Anyway enough of the past... we have moved on now and thats all that matters.
Looking at ordering all parts. Intgrated engineering Tuscan rods are looking likely with 22mm wrist pins.
All new guides, chains and gaskets weigh in at around £400. Then we just need to decide which pistons to use...
I dont want to bad mouth so ill just be honest with what happened with my 525. Basically at just over 2.1 bar of boost my 525 failed after 1800 miles. In TTE's defence they sent me another one out but as there was a process that needed to be followed, it was unlikely i was going to get one...
Thank you.
Yes just the grill, the crash bar cover is another £40+vat and the gloss black number plate holder is another £120+vat
