Your oil pressure may very well be perfect. The pressure switch or its circuit may be defective however, giving an erroneous warning.

Check volt-drop as per diagram (ignition switch -> starter; should of course be ~0V) -> trace/repair volt-drop as required.
Let me know how you get on.
It's not airbag. Airbag is yellow. And yes it definitely would log a fault.
You removed the glovebox because of error:
00604 - Potentiometer Positioning Motor for Air Flow Flap (G113)
30-10 - Open or Short to Plus - Intermittent??
So does this code clear?
This means that either your terminal 50 circuit or signal is faulty. If it's wiring, you'll need to run a new wire/wire section as appropriate. If it's the signal you'll need a new switch. Both are easily checked by someone who knows what they're doing.
No you would need a something like a powerprobe capable of inserting a ref voltage, as a dummy sensor, within the plausibility range of the original sensor. You don't want to fire 12v up the wrong line. When you see the smoke, you won't be able to get it back in :P
If you want to send me your...
If still wanting to test ECT:
Can you send a ref voltage up the relevant temp sensor circuit and read out block with VCDS. This will confirm is sensor/wiring is defective.
Have you check the block for ECT via engine module?
If it's still 30 when vehicle warmed up, your going to need to confirm wiring between sensor and ECM.
Is your new ECT sensor OEM?
