i did mine earlyer on this year (i to have a 1.8t) and it wasnt that bad a job to be fair, took about 4 hours if i remember correctly (with ample tea brakes) but it is a two man job definatly
lol good skills that man, took me about 3 hours to do but i changed the front susp arms as well so i'd say a garage would be looking at 1 1/2 hours prob?? or im just to quick one of the two
and ive been up to a few things, managed to get some centers for the wheels get them painted and fitted
got my exhaust done, 3" decat pipe leading to a 2.5" system with two resonators. Sounds nice and not to droney (defo's not chavvy)
and finally got round to fitting my facelift lights...
Went to a local motor factors and got one then took it to national tyres, turns out there was no gasket fitted and they had used nylock bolts which had melted so the whole pipe had drop 1mm. Anyway dude at national tyres fitted the gasket ( for 8 magners, top bloke) and it's sweet as now will...
right its on the car but its leaking from the bottom of the decat pipe to the link pipe, so need to go to audi and get a new gasket and fingers crossed it will be sorted and not sounding like a tracktor tomorrow.
right guna change it next month, but am having problems finding a decent priced one (£150 tops)
can we go the vr6 plate and single mass flywheel route?

End of the down pipe back as I have a decat pipe sat in my garagebut the down pipe is that corroded had I changed it I doubt I would have got it back on so it's been collecting dust. Currently refurbing the wheel my misses curbed when I was in turkie

right guys im on for changing my clutch at the begining of next month I have a two post lift at my disposal and was wondering what i need to do? can i drop the box without taking the engine out..... as with my veccy it was an engine drop. Im gunna go with a standard oem clutch unless anyone...
