I have standard S3 alloys with HR springs and 15mm rear spacers.
I get occasional rubbing over large fast bumps. Even when 4 up its only occasional. I've also removed the said screw.
Personally I'd go 12mm if buying again.
Tyre type also make a difference depending on the shape of the...
I bought a Milltek non res cat back system and fitted it today.
Sound is spot on, just what i wanted and so much better than i anticipated.
There is a nice deep note on start up which rises when revved. Under load it sounds awesome, very addictive.

Diamond wheels in Stockport once made an abortion of some alloys. Never again.
I have an S3 2009 model. I have 15mm spacers on the rear and there is slight rubbing with passengers when cornering etc. I have H+R springs fitted as well.
I would recommend 10 or 12 on the rear, not 15.
The front is standard.
