    2002 A6 estate 2.4 multitronic problem

    Hi all, First post here :) I've bought (on a whim, never owned a VAG before, Ford man) an A6 estate with the seemingly problematic multitronic gearbox. Cars done 89k. Usual problem, after a mile or so the selector doesn't tell me what posistion the gear lever is in - unless it's in park...
