Cost of S1 in 18 months?

That's definitely helpful! I'm not bothered about picking up one that's 2 years old by the time I need a car. (Around the end of 2016/ beginning of 2017).

Cost of S1 in 18 months?

I thought I'd take the plunge :P Yeh from the quote I got about a year ago 15k sounds about right. Although not sure how great they'll work out on finance second hand :/ Trying to save up for a motorbike and an Audi S1 at the same time is interesting!

Cost of S1 in 18 months?

Hi All, I know this is a bit of a finger in the air one. However, I'll be car less in 18months so I'm looking to upgrade and step into a used S1. What kind of price would you expect to see, realistically, on a S1 sportback with both quattro kits? I've been told by my local Audi dealer it'd be...

    Saving Up For an S1

That's a pretty good deal! I would prefer to get brand new, only issue I have at the minute is I purchased my current car a year ago via a bank loan. It's got another 3 years on it so I can't really get rid until I've paid it all off :/ So in that sense I'm kind of stuck until the loan runs out! :/

    Saving Up For an S1

Damn that's a fair sized deposit! I'd probably put no more than a 10% deposit down to make it viable, I can afford up to 300 a month. Not meant to say 25,000 it's 15,000 but diesels are costing me a lot

    Saving Up For an S1

Not a huge Ford fan in all honesty so they're off my list. The JCW just sounds epic, plus I've never had a mini so that appeals too. Ideally I'd walk into an Audi showroom and buy an S1 but unfortunately my pockets aren't that deep to justify the monthly costs! Esepcially as I do about 25,000...

    Saving Up For an S1

I'm torn between an S1 and a MINI JCW. JCW sounds better (in my opinion), and it's cheaper at the minute (as it's older). Might be a good interim car as in all honesty I probably won't be able to afford an S1 for 3-4 years. Don't want a ragged base spec example either.

    Saving Up For an S1

Yeh Audi's seem to hold their value for a damn long time. I guess if they don't release an RS1 or another S1 it'll never plummet in price. It'll be worth the wait either way! I'll try and be patient :)

    Saving Up For an S1

I see, not too bad! I seem to change my cars every 1-2 years as they're not really a car I'm that bothered about. Can't wait to get my hands on the S1!

    Saving Up For an S1

Howdy, Title speaks for itself. Test drove one back in June, loved it, want it. This would be my first 'dream car' purchase. However I'm looking to buy used and save up to buy it in 2 maybe three years. Does anyone know what sort of cost these cars are looking to be after that time period...
