I have been chasing a humming noise for 2days I can only hear in the car with the engine running and just found it to be the fuel pump.
At first I thought it was my over run pump under the bonnet but this is not working for sum funny reason it usally stays on for 5min after I turn off hmm. odd...
Hi guys.. Would my bolts be e16 from factory ??as I've picked a turbo gasket up along with new bolts and a socket to fit e14 as this fits the bolts I picked up. ****** thing don't fit the bolts that's in there tho as it would not sit over the splines.
The new bolts I got had a bigger head on...

recived my badger tip today and its been trimmed the turbo end of the billet adapter:sign omg:
wen done up it slides off the adapter its been cut to short and jaggerd
does the turbo end not get trimmed on these ?
the maf end has not been cut
its the 2 grub screw adapter not sure on the type...
this started yesterday I felt a bit ov vibration/humming coming from the car as gave it some boost,
wen I first struck it up in the morning I had a slight rattle somewere on choke it was only for a split second tho
any 1 else has this? seems to come and go now
fitted my transfer box yesterday and forgot to put the 6mm bolt in drive flange, I found the bolt today and it looked a bit knacked. I got a new 1 from my local vw but it wont thread back in, { think inset in caput }
is it ok to drive without this bolt?
anybody know a fix to this?

was out on a drive today and the car { s3 8l } started cutting power. i pulled over done a qwick check under the bonnet and all seemd fine! so pulled back away and about a mile up the road there was a crunching/banging/snapping sound! i stopped it and oh sh*t it was making all kinds ov sounds...

{ it would loosen then tighten but not seem to come out at all } i left it on and just left...
