Thanks so much Vappy! Very informative. I'll have to get it gutted but looks like I'll have to get it put on a trailer to MRC afterwards as it will go straight into limp mode after the dpf is gutted unless I can find a local mapper to me that doesn't overwrite the MRC map.

Gaz they're about an hours drive from my house, wouldn't the car go into limp mode as soon as I drive it after gutting the dpf.

Only a visual inspection (which you can hardly see) and my friend who is does my MOTs said he'd gut the dpf for me.

Can't afford the 5hrs labour to remove the dpf completely & bought the £300 backbox for noise but zero difference :(

I've been dying to get a flat bottom wheel for my A4 3.0 for about a year but still can't justify £600, maybe £400 at the very most with airbag.

I have a device similar to feva.

Black with either quattro sticker in white or Audi rings in white. Had that on my previous audi and need to do again on my A4 3.0.

I also got this a few weeks ago, hasn't happened since but scared it happens with kids in car on motorway. Think i need to get tracking done again to.

My old B8 A3 170bhp did this, changed two sensors to no avail, never found the cause and it still does it after two years.
