The slim metal disc can be stuck to the rear of the phone or slid into the case between the phone and the case. The magnet is part of the mount and is very strong. I've been using my iPhone X with this mount for over a year and it's never come loose.

It seems to me that they’ve met their obligations by contacting you through two separate channels - text and email. The emails reached you, but if you don’t check the content of your spam folder regularly that’s hardly Admiral’s fault.
It’s a reason not to use “meet-and-greet” parking at airports. I’ve never had a problem parking my own car in a multi-storey at numerous airports in the UK.
When I travelled from Birmingham Airport regularly for business I parked there on site in the multi-storey. Booking early and online made a huge difference to the cost. I never parked in the open air car parks, and I never used the collect and park services on offer. Never had a single problem.
I'll be following this thread with interest. I've recently moved back to the North-East and my A3's first service is probably due soon. it seems to be a toss-up between Tyneside Audi or Newcastle Audi, or an independent.
