Lots of traction control kicking in (even on bone dry surface, with hardly much boost), car essentially running 2WD and not engaging the rear wheels at all. Likely no warning lights will show, but VCDS (or similar) should hopefully point in the direction of the Haldex Pump.

I was quoted £1000 yesterday for the oh-so-common Haldex Pump Repair Kit, oil & labour from a local Audi dealership (sadly I'm just outside of warranty).
Needless to say I ran for the hills at such an absurd quote, 4 hours labour?!?! Shocking to say the least.
Have got it booked in for £300...
Have ran Goodyear Eagle F1 Asym 2's on my GTI/S3 8P, and now Asym 3's on my S3 8V, plenty of miles to the sets and a very sure feeling in both dry & wet, could not recommend more!
(And a healthy amount of rim protection which is always welcome!)
Left leg was becoming tired of manual & city traffic, so I've moved on to this S3 8V DSG :D
