With above spring compressor which I’ve got take bottom shocker bolt out to give you a bit more flex approx 30-45 mins per side can do it with wheel on car just watch the bottom plastic guard that keeps the dirt out of the bottom of the spring Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The front bumper off put front panel into service mode longer bolts and it pulls forward about 50-70 mm but it would still be a good 4 hrs I’d probable quote 5 hrs myself for any seized bolts or problems [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
