Sorry to revive a 7 year old thread. Oh man :grimacing: But having the exact same issue on my rears. I drive it like i stole it so cant see not braking hard enough is causing the uneven wear. New OEM Disks only done 10,000 miles mostly all country roads. But look just like the first picture in...

Bad times not had any issues my end. Have noticed the scalded cat. But that's what I wanted and being a manual car is easier to contol I guess.

Defo feel a small improvement, wouldn't say the car is completely transformed but feels more instant throttle response which just increases the engagement. Also feel it makes it easier to rev match on gear shifts but that could just be a placebo.

Companies hate heat on twitter. Usually get quick resolution. Sounds like this is dragging on for lots of people. Tag all audi and pirelli accounts. Good luck

Hi, Noticed some noise around the back today went and had a look and from what i can see all of the attachments for the head shield are no longer. Any idea on what should be here and how to fix it? Is this a common issues? As all of them are gone and look very rusted.

Sorry i meant to say that the corrosion started to occur after 4 months. That picture is taken at 14 months old, now getting bad enough to need to go get a refurb. Only wash with soap and water. I have been very nice to them as i knew they can have issues
