Unashamedly pinched zippsters photo (mine is exactly the same - taking it off the car this afternoon)
Cete Active Valve Controller - under three months old, fitted late May. Only selling due to parting ways with the RS3 (for now!)
This little bit of tech is genius and makes the car sound like...
We've got the last episode to watch, incredibly good mini-series - one of the best I've watched for a very long time. The first episode is especially good, jaw dropping in places considering what we know now about radiation etc.
I'm more than happy with my AVC and, as Marshy says, why buy a £50k car if you're not prepared to spend £400 on a unit that gives you the best of both worlds... Plus the resale value of the controller ultimately doesn't make it that much more expensive in the long run.

Jesus you managed to answer before I'd edited to comment about the price lol.. Skills!
Opening and closing works without the engine running I would assume?
Seriously considering pulling the trigger on one of these, although it's coming out at around £390 delivered so it aint exactly cheap..
I do a majority of my driving in Individual mode, which I've basically set to dynamic mode apart from the mag ride suspension which is set to standard.
Would...
Every day is a school day. Nice one T800, great info, thanks - I'll not worry about letting her idle on the drive after a spirited drive home as much now, although I probably will lol
