    Thanks for the reply - totally forgot about the tyre info plate on the driver plate. Although it does say that it should be on a 97Y but it also says below 101V - which one should it be? 97Y or 101V? I have no idea what M+S means...

    Hi all, I have just bought a second hand Audi A6 Avant SE Executive, and the tyres fitted are Michelin Primacy 3 on 225/55/17 97Y and my question is when the time comes to finding a replacement set of tyres should they not be 101W XL? Picture of alloy wheel is below...
