Mate, I bought my A3 S-Line 1.4 35 TFSI (2017) last year with 110.xxx KM's for €24.500,- so your S3 is well alot more worth then your 17,5 you talking about. Atleast, on the Dutch market it is.. (if your steeringwheel was on the proper side of the car :D )

You'll need ODIS to code the device into the car and a VAS connection if I'm not mistaken. This can't be done with OBD11 alone. Audi won't register the VC if the milage of the VC is above a certain amount of KM's I believe.
