This black part covers the brake fluid reservoir, can it be easily removed? It just makes it awkward to see the fluid level in the reservoir. I've already removed the beauty plastic cover that fits on top of the engine.

Page 234: "The cooling system is filled for life at the factory, so the coolant does not need to be changed." But I don't believe these "for-life" claims made by car makers. As a minimum, the coolant should be changed with the cambelt.

It says G12 on the coolant reservoir. I'm not sure what they put in when they changed the cambelt & water pump about 2 years ago, but it's a pinkish colour. So I guess anything which is G12, G12+, or G12++ The handbook says coolant is filled for life and does not need to be changed.
