Different oil maintenance schedules can be selected by the dealer or via scanner. Low mileage schedule is based on time not mileage. In NAR cars low mileage schedule is not common but you are ROW so maybe a different default.

If you have VCDS you can log parameters (from Ox22 blockmap) to narrow the diagnosis : what are the axle/wheel deltas; is there a signal to actuate the pump/clutch; is the pump pumping or at least drawing current. Lots of info on the web but very anecdotal and heavily weighted to the "toonah" crowd.

I think you musunderstand the distinction between "details" and "relevant details".

It would help to undersand if you included car details and history. In the video are you launching the car? Who replaced the pump and why? Why should Audi not repair under warrantee?
