    It's a bit better but still has gaps. I think I'm just going to get a replacement strip and cap from the tradition site. Will respray the rear bumper anyhow. Trying to keep/get these cars mint is perpetual agony lol.

    Anyone got any tips of how to rectify the black plastic boot strip coming away from the rear bumper? I have taken it off and replaced the velcro tabs to ensure it is fixing down properly but I think the plastic has warped over the years. Do I have to buy a new or unwarped plastic strip??

    Actually it's £540 all in if that makes any difference. Very very nice now that it's been done too. Gone for a slightly darker shade of grey.

    I know but I've read the threads on it and it's very labour intensive. Frankly, I don't have the confidence let alone the space to do the work in.

    That's nothing. In two years of ownership I have done the following: Audi s4 avus 18" wheels (£185) with 15mm pcd adapters (£85). Later upgraded to H&R 25/30mm pcd adapters £294 Tyres £450 Refurb wheels £250 £275 (MIJ Exhaust which was removed because the car sounded like a b52 bomber)...

    Here is an update after having swapped 15mm pcd adapters all round for H&R adapters (25mm front, 30mm rear).

    My first post and here is a pic of my S3 on Bilstein B8's, Eibach springs and Forge Motorsport rear control arms. I have gained so much insight over the last few years from this forum and I couldn't have got this setup without everyone's helpful threads. So hello and thank you
