Update on my car. Came back from dealer yesterday, Audi connect is working. Finally!!!! I am not sure about rattles. They say it’s fixed. I can still hear the same rattles. I am kind of getting fed up now. I don’t think they even test drive the car to confirm they have fixed the issue...

I bet it is. I should have mine back today from dealership. I will confirm if rattles and audi connect issues are resolved or not.
