Car booked in for a service and a technical update next week. Not sure of the update code, but was told it is labelled ‘Functions on Demand’ - and would cover a number of issues including the SOS, Pre Sense and Login Issues.

To be honest I can’t say for certain that we didn’t cause it. However, my dealer couldn’t explain how it could have happened without being faulty so replaced. Very lucky I guess.

Mine cracked last year and they replaced it under warranty. I think the tech suggested it’s about a £600 part. It does seem prone to scratching though. My wife is on best behaviour with handbags!

I had the MMI log out issue over the weekend with the same messages. It refused to log me in and kept failing. Sorted itself out yesterday. Probably a server issue…as usual.

Sorry. I was mistaken. Just checked my spec my seats are actually ‘Steel Grey’. I personally prefer the slightly lighter effect compared to black interiors I have seen in person.

I have the rock grey seats and stitching. They don’t come across as very ‘light’ at all in most lighting situations. I guess the black headlining doesn’t help.

Nope. My software/build doesn’t have this feature. There is absolutely no “Hey Audi” toggle either. I’m actually pretty sure the early (usb a + c) builds have an older microchip!

So did I! Seems my ‘version’ doesn’t have this feature. So glad I was an early adopter. Turns out that if my car had been built about a week later I’d have it.

I wish I had voice control for things like the temperature! ****** pre-October 2020 build.
