Thanks the aftermarket ones already had the convertors fitted so didn’t matter which plug I got. But also found out my puddle lights were the LED ones lol they are so bad thought they were halogen! Fitted the genuine ring ones much brighter now.
My current car has puddle lights front and back. I remember installing aftermarkets puddle lights awhile ago and can remember needed some additional wire adapter to plug into the existing wiring.
Now I decided to go for genuine ones and come across two different part numbers and the connectors...
Thanks to both of you. Will look at the prices to see if worthwhile or I might just stick to pre-facelift s-line diffuser.
Do you know if that would a straight swap? So pfl sline diffuser to pfl sportback.
thanks
Do you know the part numbers for the “Incredibly rare Factory LED door trims” you mentioned they were wrapped ehere they the normal aluminium colour before? Read about them but never seen them before!
Found the exterior of an A-Class pretty ugly in my opinion but interiors are pretty nice. Not sure about the steering wheel with hundred buttons though lol way to busy. That being said nice car.
I have PFL steering wheel and Airbag for sale if anyone interested can post in the UK.
Steering Wheel Part Number: 8V0419091B
Airbag Part Number: 8V0880201BB
Also have full set of Halogen tail lights.
Interesting that the non park assist bumpers have the markings on it already. Adaptive Cruise Control retrofit would be more useful but radar looks expensive! Grill can get for cheap and the stalk. But other than that you need the camera part for the windshield? Do you need to replace the whole...
Has anyone done the ACC retrofit on pfl here? What parts do you need? Can it be trusted as a retrofit and working as it did from factory lol I presume you won’t need new cluster if you already have virtual cockpit?
Before you buy every single part needed you should just buy the virtual cockpit as they need to be approved by Audi. It is said to be hit and miss with no guarantee. I would try to get the cockpit cheap or have the ability to return it incase gets declined. Or else will have a paper weight or...
If you budget and be patient with the parts on eBay I think you can pull it off under £2000. Sometimes the parts needed do pop up for cheap on eBay.
I think I found the part numbers for the smaller facelift airbag:
8V0880201CL6PS
8V0880201DN
8V0880201CK
So many different letters at the end of...
Hi everyone I am planning to upgrade my steering wheel and in the future will think about having a virtual cockpit done so will need the view button. There are multiple options available from flat bottom to normal round one. My car is Audi A3 Sportback 2016 Automatic. Just few things..
1. I...
Hi all,
I have been getting this strange sound that seems to be coming from near the front left wheel? Is it bad brakes? It doesn’t happen straight away usually happens after being driven for like 45mins to an hour in normal traffic conditions (where car starts/stops) then the noise will come...
Yikes that is really expensive. Usually all of these aftermarket units are similar and from China. Sellers buy them from China sell them at a markup price. You could find these CarPlay boxes on Aliexpress and can get them for much cheaper so would suggest buying it from there rather than Amazon...
I got the screen, face lift control panel and the MIB2 head unit in a bundle that cost around £650. So worth keeping an eye out for bundles. I also paid £100 for the usb ports part and £20 each for the wiring loom and the armrest storage box for the usb ports to fit in. So yes you should able to...
