It seems that Audi have resolved this now. Got an email this morning stating I was now the key user, and can now connect to the vehicle.

Seems like quite a lot for what it is. The traffic & satellite overlay is definitely of little use to me. The remote locking/unlocking could be handy though. Especially when I'm out shopping and second guessing myself whether I remembered to lock the car or not!

Really? The My Audi app looks like I need to do this to allow me to do things like remotely lock the vehicle and view the online service history. Have I got the wrong end of the stick?

I bought it from Motorpoint. I'd gone in to check out a Jaguar XE, didn't like it and much preferred the Audi. Took it home the same day! If the real answer is to get the key code from the dealer, then happy to do this if that's what I need to do.
