You do NOT need to delete the DPF - EGR blank on the exhaust manifold feed to the EGR and have it remapped accordingly - the car will run fine. if anything, it’ll be slightly better for the DPF as it’ll run slightly warmer exhaust gas temps without the EGR thus keeping the spot level down

If I'm honest, yes, the car performs strongly. Power band it wide and considering i don't have my anger intercooler fitted yet, the performance doesn't feel too inhibited by heat. I'm sure the ignition will have a fair amount of pull, more noticeable in the warmer months.

I use Golf GTi Clubsport S disc's and pads all round on my S3, they're a good mild upgrade, whilst still giving great cold bite, durability and don't cost the earth.

i know what you're saying, but i was looking to upgrade the disc's, but use the brembo 8pot callipers, i think it's a reasonable cost effective solution. I just need confirmation that the PFL RS3 brake setup with bolt on to my FL S3 without issues and line up ect...
