    New RS3 2017

TTRS will allways handle better for a multitude of reasons but main reasons are weight, weight distribution & wheelbase factors. Even so I'd still would swap my ttrs & a bit extra ££ for a 3 door rs3 tho...won't be long! ;-)

    New RS3 2017

Just to chuck this in to the cauldron - I mentioned it a few months ago but nobody commented - there WILL be a 3 door hatchback version of the rs3 mid to late 2017... yes! Mmmm.

    James' 2015 Nardo RS3

And the fact the TTRS has a shorter wheel base makes it feel snappier around corners, more edgy, more aggressive. Still your RS is awesome, I love it, might get one just like yours (minus the side rear window tints) In a couple of years if I have another kid :-) Turn the esp off and have fun...

    James' 2015 Nardo RS3

Very nice car indeed but the ttrs will always handle better even with stock suspension due to the significant weight difference between the ttrs & rs3. With regard to the engine, you mentioned it has been improved a lot over the ttrs - exactly why do you think this apart from the exhaust note...

    New 2015 RS3!!!

Fair enough, this is an rs3 forum after all! Just my opinion, clearly people think differently and that's fine Facts are facts. It's not aggressive enough to be an RS car and that's it, it's like half way between an S and an RS imo... Well unmodified it is anyway.... I will take it for another...

    RS3 vs Golf R400?

According to my source who is quite high up at a particulary prestige Audi dealership a 3 door is a very real possibility in the not so distant future... Oh yes! still won't be a manual option tho...

    New 2015 RS3!!!

EPIC is not a word that should be used to describe the mk2 rs3... Capable, safe, un-adventurous, quite fast, numb, allrounder... More like it, yes.

    New 2015 RS3!!!

I have my 2yr old inthe back with the chick up front no problem. Front sear goes 70% forward but still there's enough room. She's 5'7. I was shocked considering everything I read on-line but honestly, really, there is no difference leg room wise in the back from the sss or the buckets.. the...

    New 2015 RS3!!!

I do love my buckets I must admit and find them far far comfier than the ss seats my ttrs came with originally. I kept the buckets from my old s3. Still mint, no wear but I am careful with them and I ain't no heavy weight if u know what I mean... I'm not saying the rs3 seats were uncomfortable...

    New 2015 RS3!!!

Maybe I'm just used to how low the bucket seats are in my ttrs I don't know. The lowest position in the mk2 rs3 felt a fair bit higher than in my old s3 8p put it that way...

    New 2015 RS3!!!

So I had a test drive today but I'm really sorry to report not impressed at all. I want to like it but I can't, it suks big time! Very bland inside, dash is boring, seating position too high even on lowest setting, steering feels numb. It hardly looks any different to an a3 or s3. Not...

EBC REDSTUFF CERAMIC BRAKE PADS for the RS3

Yea I'm gonna try orange stuff for the next track day which will be at Bedford gp my favourite track...! The yellowstuff produced a lot of dust, no fade and warmed up quickly. The pedal had a more progressive feel without a massive initial bite which is nice for trackwork.

EBC REDSTUFF CERAMIC BRAKE PADS for the RS3

Hi, Well sorry for the massively late reply...! So after around 5/6 laps around Brands Hatch Indi with the yellowstuff fitted I started getting BAD brake judder... I carried on and after another 3/4 laps the juddering just stopped as quickly as it started!! I do try to have warm down laps...
