hi guys had my s3 in bodyshop for a full respray, to get i good finsh the rubber inserts from the rear of the side skirts were removed, has any one purchased these before or know wher to get them from?? i am thinking its going to prob have to be audi cheers

hairdrier or heatgun try heat it gently see if u can break the seal or there is always the oven!!!

I am looking for some new plates to freshen up the look of the s3, been looking at pressed metal plates (legal) but i have also come accross some plates with raised gell font which are also legal, has any one seen any in the flesh do they look any good?

I work in body shop making doors boots bonnets etc, they are usually sealed with sealer them hemmed and pressed together, followed by a series of spot welds,in my opinion i would hold out for a door, too much work involved and you have would quality issues too

Well my car is due back from the paint shop tomorrow, so i am looking for some ideas to compliment it new paint, so far on my order list i ony have lcr front splitter pressed alloy plates plate surrounds any ideas how i can freshen it up a bit???

is it not normal to have a little noise??? i would not worry about it too much to be honest if you have to turn the stero down and listen for it i would say its normal. After all it is a recirc system and you are bound to hear it back through the air box, which is located on the passanger side...

my s3 is currently in my mates bodyshop undergoing prep for a full respray, the car is silver and wiil be painted in the original colour, the wheels, bumper insert, grill surround and lower door trims will all be anthracite, the question is should i paint the roof and spoiler anthracite too??
