I did the swap about 5 years ago now. At the time no one had really done it. It was an interesting learing curve :cool:.

Yeah, MAF has been unplugged and even replaced. I'm puzzled. The engine was stripped down and built about 5k miles ago with enlarged pistons, rod etc and had a checkup after 2k miles, all was good. Coil packs are about 7k miles old but I guess these things do go so I'll grab a set and swap...

No issues with the pano roof or cameras. Had an issue with central locking but all fixed after a software update.

Any news on this? I saw an S3 heading towards Sevenoaks on the A25 yesterday. I didn't look at the plate but I noticed the black wheels & dumbo ears like mine.

I'd be surprised if it fits due to prop and haldex.

I had another go, but because VCDS doesn't recognise my ECU I'm reluctant to tinker too much. After my change start/stop was on in dynamic mode. I don't think it was like that before, so I'm going to flip that parameter back.
