Hi all, I have a 2011 black edition tdi 170 with I think has xenon headlights due to the led strip, when I turn the lights on they move to a position but still seem to low, the lights seem quite bright at first then dim after 5 seconds or so, is there a way of adjusting them so they are higher...

When I use my screenwash after about a minute it really stinks badly, all I can say is it smells like cats pi##, any one else experienced this if so what is the best way of clearing the bottle out, or is it an easy job to remove and clean it all out?

I had all of your symptoms driving along the lights either would be on when not even in use, quick check would be to remove the brake switch from the pedal and see if you can push in the actuator, the one I replaced on mine would not return very well compared to a cheapy one bought from euro car...

Did you do the socket version then if so where does it go, did you get a picture?

Mine was the same when I bought it, had it regassed and replaced the sensor all ok light went out.

I have noticed my rear lights seem to be stuck on a few times lately, also the esp light will be on and today the coil light flashed up for a while, is this all related to the brake light switch?

Managed to get it all at TPS didn't ask if I was a trader, going to sort it out tomorrow

I changed mine filled up no loss of coolant, if it is the one by the front bumper just need to get it scanned after wards. It is easier if you remove the front passenger light makes access easier
