Hello,
I'm looking for rear mud guards for my a3 sline 2014 5 door.
I've seen online there's different part numbers for the rear guards for hatch back and the sport back.
Is that correct? It seems crazy they don't fit each other.
Good eveing,
I've been off the forum for a long time but I'm returning having bought a 2013/14 Sline Sportback.
I can't help but feel it sits too high. I'm trying to work out if it's normal, spec'd with higher suspension or if it may have been replaced with higher springs.
I'm tempted to order...
Good Evening,
I've finally got round to buying a new car which has the CAYC engine fitted. I noticed the other day that the engine was a little lumpy whilst cold and ticking over.
Tonight I've popped out and taken 2 readings:
Readings when cold:
IDE00365-ENG99400 Injection amount deviation...
Good evening,
I've just done the cambelt on my car. All gone smoothly and I've got the torsion value to 0.35 which seems nice to drive. I read online about adjusting the rear cams.
I've looked at channel 15 which has litres per hour. As i start it up. Its really low like 0.035 low. Then it...
Good Afternoon,
I replaced the spring on my other halfs A3 last year after it snapped. After I replaced it, I noticed there was a creaking noise.
I thought it was the strut top bearing as the broken spring had jammed into the bearing. So I replaced the top bearing and top mount a couple of...
Sick of people smashing mine up or bashing into them.
Someone kindly reversed into ours the other day.
Knackered bonnet, wing, light and bumper. From what I can see anyway.
I've tried to undo the tube for the pressure sensor going into the DPF, but when I use a spanner, it looks to start misshape it. Any suggestions on how to remove it?
Thank you.
Hello,
I got the following fault a couple of weeks ago. I ordered a new sensor and fitted it but it's still throwing up.
I can't decide if it's wiring, ABS using or a knackered wheel bearing.
00285 - ABS Wheel Speed Sensor; Front Right (G45)
008 - Implausible Signal -...
The A4 has just flicked into 150k whilst on a trip down to Hungary.
Car was faultless the whole time. Mpg averaged at 46 over 6 tanks.
Where to take the old girl next year. Maybe put her into retirement and buy a bmw.
Evening ladies and gents.
I dropped the oil out of my box tonight. Its done nearly 150k and I'm about to drive to Hungary.
So i dropped it out and I've got out 3.6L
Audi advised i would need 4 litres to change the oil.
I got the car jacked up on level ground and filled it through the side...
Hello,
does anyone know if you can retrofit the isofix tether to the rear seat for a child's seat?
We've seen one we want, but it needs a tether as well as isofix base connections.
I'm used to cars being a few mpg out.
In the past two days I've driven Geneva to Vincey to Luxembourg city to Brussels.
Mpg on the dash each trip. 68 and 70mpg
Actual at the pumps... 50mpg
Mental how far out it is!
I'm away with the family at Lake garda and traveling up from Croatia the wheel bearing started humming. Popped into a Audi garage near the apartment and got them to price it up. €509 haha! Needless to say it'll wait till I get home and I'll do it my self.
Good Afternoon,
I've ordered a fistune DAB+ for my A4 and a windscreen aerial. But i'd like to try and keep the antennas standard.
I popped off my drivers side D post last night expecting to find a FM/AM amplifier soldered to my window (which has 3 wires running around the glass on it) and found...
I'm taking the old girl into Europe next month and found my the maps don't have France and Italy on the same DVD. So will need changing, but it asks to update the database every time you change the DVD.
Is there a way of putting east and west onto one SD card?
