I think it's the emergency boot opener. As the A4 has an electronic boot switch on the outside, should the battery fail, you can still open the boot from the inside.

Just out of interest, did you buy the white or red LED bulb for the rear/brake lights? The reason for asking is that there is a red lens so wondered if you could get away with using a white LED bulb?

I have taken it to a local specialist who has ordered a new switch. Scott, you're right, it is on the gearbox itself. The parking sensors are Audi OEM.

An offset of about 35 would be as low as I would go personally, if you intend on stretching the tyres then perhaps 30 or maybe even further...

As already mentioned - the wheel balancing is most likely off on one wheel. I had a similar issue when doing motorway speeds, when my tyres were changed and all four wheels rebalanced the issue disappeared! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
